Probably one of the most unfriendly welcomes ever - very much along the lines of "we weren't expecting you". Poor quality food at breakfast meant that overall we felt that this hotel was pretty charmless.

Located close to a supermarket and ideal for a motorway stop-off, although a bit of a walk to the town centre. Spacious rooms with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom, and astonishing view. The cleanliness is exceptional. The breakfast offers a good selection of breads, cheeses, hams, cakes, fruits. WiFi works well. The hotel provides free ski bus service to various skiing resorts and offers a van for airport transfers.

The hotel's dinner offerings were poor and the spa access is overpriced.
